At least two of them do not speak english, and there is a lot of jelousy out there, but why dont we give them a chance to prove themselves? You never know, they could be good (:

I agree with the post, but don't you think we should be able to know our managers & trust them? If we don't know them, how can we go to them if we have a problem and tell them about it?
